Snohomish County Parks & Ride Event

Raffle Ride & Concert

Saturday, September 14th, 2019

Snohomish County is home to over 100 county parks.  This ride will visit several of these, and for each park visited the rider will receive a raffle stamp good for a drawing at the evening festivities.  The more parks you visit, the more entries you will have for the drawing.

The evening festivities include the raffle drawing, food trucks, 92.9, and a concert featuring Whiskey River, America’s #1 Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute Band.

Event Info

The First Annual Parks & Ride event will take place on Saturday, September 14, 2019.  Passports will be given to each registered rider which will be used to track which parks are visited.  Each park location will have a unique stamp that corresponds to a raffle entry for the drawing. In addition, there are sponsored businesses that will provide discounts on merchandise and/or meals. Regardless if you ride with the group or if you want to make your own path through the county, everyone ends up at the Willis Tucker Park in Snohomish for an evening where the raffle entries will be drawn for prizes.   The more stamps, the more chances to win!

We are proud to announce that Whiskey River, America’s #1 Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute Band will be performing in concert at the Amphitheater at Willis Tucker.

For nearly four decades, Whiskey River’s musicians have thrilled audiences all over America playing the music of the legendary southern-rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd. Re-creating the image and the music of the southern rock band that took the world by storm in the 1970’s. Whiskey River not only plays Lynyrd Skynyrd, they personify the group onstage. Whiskey River’s tribute brings the audience back in time thirty-five years as they blaze through 90-120 minutes of Skynyrd classics like “Sweet Home Alabama”, “Gimme Three Steps”, “The Breeze”, “That Smell”, “What’s Your Name”, “Saturday Night Special” and many more, plus their phenomenal note-for-note version of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s live guitar opus “Freebird”.
